General Information

1) Most of our items are of Free Size unless otherwise stated.
2) Free size items are usually between S and M size. However this may differ depending on the materials of the clothes.
3) Measurements stated acts as a source of reference.
4) We do our best to display the colors, measurements of our items to the best accuracy as possible. However, colors of our items may differ slightly from the featured pictures due to lighting.
5) All items will go through quality check to ensure items are free from defects before sending out.
6) Items will also be carefully packed to prevent damages that may happened during the mailing process.
7) We will not be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the mailing process.
8) All items will be sent via Singpost.
9) Any enquires can email to moetcouture@yahoo.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
10) Do read through "Terms & Conditions" and "Ordering Procedure" before ordering

*Do check out your spam folder as our replied email might be classified under spam mail.

ORDERING PROCEDURE

1.Email us your order at moetcouture@yahoo.com in the following format:
~ Your Name, Contact No, Email & Address
~ Respective Item Number
~ Quantity
~ Colour (if any)
~ Form of payment
~ Normal or Registered Postage

2.Receive email about confirmation order and total cost~ Confirmation order will be emailed to you by the next working day after you emailed us your order.
~ Pls resend your order if we do not reply you by then.

3.Make payment~ We only accept Local Bank (DBS/POSB) transfers.
~ All payments should be in SGD currency.
~ Payment must be made within 48 hours after receiving our confirmation order email.
~ If payment is not received within 48 hours, item will be given to other interested buyer.
~ Please be reminded that no cancellation or editing of your orders will be allowed after payment as no refunds will be made.

4.We will inform you when we mailed the items out
~ You will receive your purchased item(s) within 2 working days after we have notified you that we have mailed out the items.
~ We do check the condition of items before we send them out, so quality is assured!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) No Refunds or Exchange of products.
2) No cancellation of orders / editing of orders after payment.
3) You will only receive your items within 1-2weeks upon confirmation of order.
4) An Additional Mailing Cost will be charged upon customer.Mailing cost (Normal/Registered) will be based on current Singpost rate. (Click here to view the rates) Registered Mail is strongly encouraged as we will not be responsible for any lost of mail if normal postage is chosen. *Please also note that items may differ from pictures shown. Pictures are close to resemblance and are for references.
5) Moet Culture reserves the right to revise the product prices at any time without informing the customers in advance. However, customers who already placed their orders before the price revision, will continue to purchase with the previously stated prices.
6) Presently, we only accept orders via EMAIL . Please fill in all necessary fields to enable us to process your order smoothly in the shortest possible time.
7) Confirmation of order are base on 'First come First serve basis'. Once we have received your order confirmation, we will reserve the items base on your order and arrange for delivery to you.
8) For items that has ran out of stock, we also accept pre-order but subjected to availability from the supplier.
